Attendance: 1,200

Hours: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Setup time: 11:00 - 12:00 am

Break-down Time: 5pm - 6:30pm

Must be ready to go by 12:30 pm

Each food vendor will receive a $600 stipend to offset the taco sample cost


Food Vendors must provide free taco samples for guests

Food Vendors can sell any item on their menu other than tacos

Food Vendors must have visible sign stating taco tastings are free

Food Vendors will get feature on our social media channels

Food Vendors will get 10x20 space 

Food Vendors must have current permits and health TFF requirements


Event Management will provide $600 stipend to help offset taco sample costs

Event Management will provide all 6' tables & chairs needed. (Please let us know how many are needed in advance)

Event Management will provide (2) complimentary tickets to the event

Event Management will provide all necessary power needed to operate (if applicable)

Event Management will provide logo placement on website, social media, and any other marketing channels
